We also review existing agreements to reclaim monies where the Local Authority have failed to fulfilled their obligations.

Review S106/CIL Agreements

HPCL review the planning permissions, legal agreements and statutory records. After reviewing this information we can assess if the Local Authority have made any errors and/or not fulfilled their obligations. We will then confirm if you are entitled to a partial or total refund.

HPCL will act as your agent to take steps to reclaim any monies owed to you by the Local Authority. After an in-depth review, we can assess the costs and likelihood of successfully recovering money from the Local Authority. If there are recoverable monies then HPCL will act for you on a “No-Win No-Fee” arrangement for a pre-agreed commission.

Legal Support

Once you have signed a service agreement HPCL will act on your behalf liaising directly with the Local Authority to reclaim S106 or CIL contributions . Our experienced team will coordinate and engage solicitors, and cover all the cost of any legal action or court fees related to reclaiming the monies owed.

With our No-Win, No-Fee service agreement, you only pay for success. If we don’t recover your money, then you don’t pay us a penny. We’re as invested in your outcome as you are.

From the moment you sign a service agreement with us, we take full responsibility for reassessing your 106/CIL legal agreements. HPCL will act as your agent liaising directly with the Local Authority and taking all steps necessary to ensure a successful outcome. HPCL will pay all cost including Time spent, Solicitors fees, legal and court costs. On a successful outcome all the monies owed will paid directly to yourselves, HPCL will then invoice you for our pre agreed fee.
